Love Vybz. First off, don't let the price scare you away. If you go enough it is worth it! I only got a one month pass because I was moving out of state, but I wish I could have stayed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. During your first tour they let you try out a lot of the machines. They always have water bottles and soothing music. It is never very crowded so you have your privacy. I loved being a member when I could go 24/7 and get a massage when I got off work late. I had a problem with my keycard one night and the staff was very quick and responsive to fix the issue. I would highly recommend becoming a member of Vybz!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!! This business is very underhanded and shady in its business practices. I received a free 14 day trial coupon, and after having read all of the fine print on the coupon as well as on their site, I decided to try them out. Once I was there though, there were hidden fees and loopholes that were so obviously made to catch people unawares. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A FREE TRIAL. They make you sign a contract and pay hidden fees before you even start. Do not be surprised if they will not let you out of your contract later. I even followed up with the manager about their false-advertising and he was curt, rude, and superior in his attitude. He offered no apologies nor an explanation. Their business model is very clearly to catch people in contracts and take them for all they are worth, then throw them to the curb. They have an "if not you, there are plenty more potential customers." kind of attitude. Be careful!
